Levofloxacin (as Hemihydrate) – KINGFLOXIN

GENERIC NAME: Levofloxacin (as Hemihydrate)
BRAND NAME: Kingfloxin
DOSAGE STRENGTH : 500mg/ 100mL
DOSAGE FORM : Solution for IV Infusion
PHARMACOLOGIC CATEGORY:  Antibacterial
INDICATIONS: The recommended dose of Kingfloxin is 500 mg/100 mL, administered intravenously over 60 minutes. Though it is generally well-tolerated, patients may experience side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache or dizziness. Kingfloxin should be used with caution in patients with a history of seizures or those who are taking medications that lower seizure threshold as they may increase the risk of seizures.
